Ligthing session 2

This session we learnt about colour gels and gobos, this was to enable us to light our scenery with different effects. For our groups scenery we chose to use cool colours and leaves and tress for the gobos to make the piece look more like it was part of a secret garden. The effect worked well we added a warmer tone over the top to balance the other tones. We also made our own gobos using a craft knife and think sheets of metal, this was harder to be able to get a clean cut and you have to make sure there arent any thin bits so you dont accidently cut throught them. I made simple shapes with mine and made them a repeating pattern.
